Service Frequency We offer flexible cleaning frequencies of 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We kindly request a three-day window of flexibility around your scheduled cleaning date.

Specific Date Requests While we aim to accommodate specific date or day preferences, please understand that we may not always be able to provide them due to logistical constraints. Rest assured, we will send you a text notification the day before your scheduled cleaning to keep you informed.

Payments All payments, whether by BACS or in cash, must be settled in full within 7 days of the cleaning date. Should payments remain outstanding after 14 days, a 25% administration charge will be added to the total amount due. For payments exceeding 30 days past the due date, customer details may be forwarded to a debt collection agency, and additional collection costs may apply.

Complaints Procedure We always strive to deliver the best service possible. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning. We will promptly return to address and rectify the issue. Please note that complaints lodged after 48 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning or refunds.

Cancellations We make every effort to maintain reliability, and we kindly ask for the same from our customers. On the scheduled cleaning day, it is challenging for us to replace your appointment, so if you cancel on the day by either calling our office or refusing our team access, we reserve the right to charge you the full expected price.

Adverse Weather Conditions We continue to provide service in rainy conditions, ensuring the quality remains consistent. However, we may need to cancel appointments in the event of heavy rain, thunder and lightning storms, or icy conditions.

Termination of Services If you decide to cancel our services for any reason, you have the flexibility to do so at any time. You can initiate the cancellation process by contacting us via telephone at 07856224790 or 01403613053, or by emailing us at [email protected].

Confidentiality We take your privacy seriously. All customer information is securely stored in a confidential database and is neither discussed nor shared with any individual or company.

I accept that hiders window cleaning will clean my windows on a 8 weekly NO
CONTRACT basis at the set price above, payments are to be made within 7 days of
the windows being cleaned.if payment is not paid within 7 days a 25% admin charge
will be added to the total. You can cancel this service at any time by email or text
message or by phone. This price is set for 12 months, and prices may rise after 12
months at Hiders Window Cleaning discretion.
